Ceres Environmental is a licensed general contractor and government contracting firm that has been in business since 1977. Most recently, Ceres completed a $500 million contract in response to Hurricane Katrina and have been awarded and executed contracts totaling over $700 million in disaster recovery work during the past eight years. Ceres specializes in disaster recovery work following hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, floods and other catastrophes. Ceres also provides demolition, construction, wood waste management, arboriculture and environmental services for a variety of agencies. Ceres is an industry leader, developing innovative recycling techniques for a variety of areas including municipal wastes, demolition waste, and contaminated vegetative storm debris waste. Ceres has successfully performed contracts in nearly every State of the Union and our geographic areas of operations have ranged from Greenland to Puerto Rico and Hawaii to Ascension Island.
